Welcome to Servsy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Servsy," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our after-sales service coordination platform and related services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Important Notice

Servsy is a service coordination platform. We connect customers with authorized service centers but do not directly perform repairs or maintenance services.

Service Scope

User Responsibilities

Customer Obligations

  • Provide accurate information about device issues and service requirements
  • Ensure device accessibility and safety for technician visits
  • Maintain original purchase receipts and warranty documentation
  • Cooperate with diagnostic procedures and follow technician instructions
  • Make timely payments for out-of-warranty services

Prohibited Uses

  • Misrepresenting device condition or warranty status
  • Interfering with service partner operations or technician work
  • Using the platform for fraudulent warranty claims
  • Sharing false or misleading information about service quality
  • Attempting to bypass our service coordination system

Service Level Agreements & Disclaimers

Service Timelines

  • Response times are estimates based on service partner availability
  • Actual service completion depends on issue complexity and parts availability
  • Emergency services may be prioritized over routine maintenance
  • Delays due to manufacturer part shortages are beyond our control
  • Service timelines may vary during peak seasons or local disruptions

Service Quality Disclaimers

  • We coordinate services but do not guarantee specific outcomes
  • Service quality depends on authorized partner capabilities
  • Some issues may require multiple visits or specialized expertise
  • We are not liable for pre-existing device conditions or wear
  • Customer satisfaction is our goal but cannot be legally guaranteed

Warranty Limitations

  • Warranty coverage is determined by original manufacturer terms
  • We facilitate warranty claims but do not extend or modify coverage
  • Out-of-warranty determinations are based on manufacturer guidelines
  • Physical damage, misuse, or tampering may void warranty coverage
  • Warranty disputes must be resolved with the original manufacturer

Billing & Payments

Out-of-Warranty Billing

  • Services outside warranty coverage will incur charges
  • Pricing is determined by service partners and communicated upfront
  • Payment is required before service completion unless otherwise agreed
  • Additional charges may apply for parts, transportation, or specialized services
  • All prices include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise

Payment Terms

  • Payment methods: Cash, UPI, cards, or digital wallets as available
  • Service charges are non-refundable once work is completed satisfactorily
  • Disputed charges must be raised within 7 days of service completion
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension or collection actions
  • Pricing may vary by location, service complexity, and partner rates

Liability & Limitations

Service Limitations

  • We are a coordination platform, not a direct service provider
  • Liability for service quality rests with authorized service partners
  • We are not responsible for device damage during authorized service
  • Force majeure events may disrupt service availability
  • Some locations or device types may have limited service options

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the service coordination fee paid
  • We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages
  • Maximum liability shall not exceed the value of services coordinated
  • We are not responsible for data loss during device servicing
  • Service partner insurance covers physical service-related damages

Data & Communications

Data Collection Consent

  • By using our services, you consent to data collection as per our Privacy Policy
  • Service photos and diagnostic data are collected for quality assurance
  • Communication records are maintained for dispute resolution
  • You may withdraw consent subject to service completion requirements

Communication Preferences

  • We will communicate via your preferred channels (WhatsApp, SMS, email, calls)
  • Essential service updates cannot be opted out of
  • Marketing communications can be unsubscribed from at any time
  • Emergency service communications may override your preferences

Dispute Resolution

Complaint Process

  • Service complaints should be raised within 7 days of completion
  • We will investigate and respond to complaints within 48 hours
  • Escalation to service partner management if initial resolution fails
  • Final escalation to our quality assurance team for resolution

Legal Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by Indian law
  • Disputes will be resolved in Gurugram, Haryana courts
  • Arbitration may be required for disputes above ₹1,00,000
  • Consumer protection laws remain applicable where relevant

Terms Modifications

Updates to Terms

  • We may update these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements
  • Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
  • You may discontinue services if you disagree with updated terms

Service Changes

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice
  • New features or services may be subject to additional terms
  • Service partner network changes may affect availability in some areas
  • We will provide alternative solutions where possible during transitions
